The hotel was clean, quiet, and welcoming. Front desk staff were top notch and friendly, both at night and in the morning. The breakfast room was large and the food choices plentiful. I highly recommend.

The 2 young women who were workong were very friendly and spent time with me determining where i would.go to.best view the northern lights. Very nice and helpful

The desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and all in working order. the breakfasts were amazing, Different each day and home cooked good! Definity will return.

Please note if you are planning on bringing your dog to are not allowed to leave it in the room. I've searched and cannot find any mention of it in the online booking. However upon arrival i was made to sign a pet agreement with the hotel, which is expected. However in agreement it stated you cannot leave your dog in the room. I would have booked another hotel if i had known that. 4 hours from home, with 2 dogs and i have to take them with me everywhere? If you came for and kind of outing that doesn't allow dogs you're out of luck. Quite disappointing that the online restrictions say nothing of the sort and i was only notified upon arrival.

Okay overall
The room was ok as far as cleanliness goes. Not awesome but not horrible either. There was a not great smell most likely due to the old carpeting. Basically it was very much in need of an update. The refrigerator made a loud noise so that we had to turn on the fan of the air conditioning to drown it out to sleep at night.
