First thing when we walked into our hotel room, the smell was horrendous. I couldn’t sleep all night because I kept sneezing a smell like mold the nasty carpet they have. I felt very unsafe because the smoke alarm has been disconnected/not there The chair was unacceptable.

Enjoyed the amenities and space in the villa, as well as the restaurant on property. Large green space is available for relaxing, listening to music or watching a showcased movie for the night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The individual who checked us in was not very cheerful. Check out person was much more delightful. Room was spacious wish there would have been some glasses in the bathroom to take medication and more than one pouch of coffee. The wine selection at the restaurant was limited and the meal we had was okay.

Beautiful... Its always nice to stay at the Carter Creek, staff are very friendly and very welcoming, even though we had a little issue at the end of the stay, the manager took care of it.. thank you and we will be back soon..

This was our second stay at Carter Creek. It's a great place to stay when visiting the Texas hill Country. The butterfy garden was amazing.

Nice Birthday and anniversary

Beautiful spot for relaxation romance and family time. Did not se blankets . Traffics heard from street. Pool very relaxing with hot tub in evening. Dinner and breakfast tasty and convenient. Had a wonderful 76 th birthday. We also stayed in May for our 28 anniversary in May. Had a room further from traffic. Thank you

We came here for the 4th of July because it was pet-friendly and we were hoping to mostly get away from Fireworks noise. It worked well for us, we only heard a couple overall and the rooms were nice and quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay, took advantage of the restaurant and winery, but were really happy that it was generally quiet. Might come back again.
