The lady up front was super nice. My room, however was not. When I walked
In the bathtub is entirely stained black.There were roaches everywhere. The bed had only a fitted sheet,two rough looking pillows. Nasty recliner was ?!?! Stained. Makeshift cardboard patches on the wall in the bathroom. NASTY. I have pictures I wish I could post here. I have never left a bad review until today, seriously...

No blanket on bed, tv did not work, bathroom exhaust fan loud, and you couldn't turn off. Little bugs in bathroom.
We have stayed at this property many times but this trip was exceptionally bad. The air conditioner leaked water all over the floor and under the bed. We reported it and they handed us towels and apologized. The floor was really dirty, made socks and feet black from dirt. Smoke alarm was busted, part hanging down. Tub in room had broken tiles all around it. Microwave looked sketchy to use as coating was off of it. Bed was clean and comfortable which was good for us since it was just a quick stay. We were told the hotel was changing management within the past 72 hrs of our arrival and thus the issues. Disappointing stay and not worth the $100 a night we paid. This is our halfway point between Jacksonville and Mississippi so now need to find new place to stay in the area.
When I arrived to my room there was hair in the tub, the mirror had water spots, and the rack was coming loose from the wall. They where to clean the tub and mirror. The evening shift front desk clerk had some sorta attitude like I was bothering him. Everyone else was amazing. I do give praise to the housekeepers that where johnny on the spot to cleaning up the problem. Overall it was a was good.
Dirty, not enough towels, disgusting for name recognition to book. Bed spread stuffed in drawer and not one for the second bed . This property did not represented Hotels.com or Wyndham respectfully to the standards I thought they held to.

Room was dirty, toilet wouldnt flush.
Breakfast wasn't much.
Staff is very disorganized. Gave our room to someone else claiming their ID matched mine. This put us in a different room that did not have air conditioning in 100 degree weather. After telling me I did not know how to operate the air they finally came and verified it was not working. Moved us to another room which had a mildew smell. Shower valve was clearly messed up and would only run hot water. Continental breakfast was very limited. I asked for receipt upon check out. They provided me a receipt for the room I was in but it had someone else’s name on it. After much discussion they stated that I did not exist in their system so they must have refunded my money to Expedia but could not provide any documentation indicating such. I could go on, but end game is that I would not stay here again.
The room was not what I booked and it was extremely dirty and hot. There was a used tissue and dead bugs on the floor and the beds looked like someone had slept in them. I was informed the comforters were kept in the dresser drawers. I tried to change rooms and was assured mine was clean. I tried to go back to the room but found even more gross things. Hair in the sink, dead bugs on the counter, a mirror that looked like it had never been cleaned etc.
I asked to get a refund and ended up sleeping in my car because they didn’t have another room available.
The room that we had was terrible. There were people in the next room and it felt like they were in our room. The walls were so thin. There was mold on the ceiling. The air conditioner had not been turned on and when it was, it sucked all the water out of everything and we had water on the floor in big puddles. The remote control would not work for the television. There was rust in the refrigerator. We stayed the one night we had paid for and left as soon as possible.
