Nestled in the middle of 20 forested acres in Mariposa county. A rustic feel awaits you as you enter this 3600 square foot 3 bedroom home. An added sleeping loft allows this house to easily accommodate as many as 14 people. For your enjoyment, the house has both a private pool and an 8 person hot tub!
In the Great Room, you’ll find a large wrap-around couch where you can enjoy the look and warmth of the wood stove. The well-equipped kitchen has all the amenities to prepare even the most elaborate meals. After a long day of fun-filled activities, drift into dreamland in one of the beautifully constructed hand-made log beds. Four bathrooms, all with showers and tubs give even large groups enough privacy and convenience. The large outside deck, with a barbecue grill, tables and chairs, overlooks the private pond and front acreage. Appreciate the enchanting ‘old growth' oak trees, giant sequoias and ponderosa pines. During the summer months, take a dip in the fenced-in pool with a picture perfect waterfall. Unwind in the 8 person jetted hot tub all year long. For more entertainment, there is a basketball court and a Smart TV that you can stream Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime (use your own accounts or feel free to use our Netflix account).
Guest Access:
The guests will have access to the entire house and 20 acres of property. This includes the laundry room, solar heated pool, horseshoe pit, children's playhouse, fire pit, gas barbecue grill, horse corrals (you are welcome to bring your horses), hiking trails and private pond. High speed Wifi so you can stay connected to the outside world if you want. Otherwise, turn off those devices and listen to sound of the wind in the trees.

The Neighborhood:
Mariposa is a quaint historic town located 20 minutes away from the property. The town has wonderful restaurants and bars. You'll find interesting shopping, including antiques and western/cowboy themed memorabilia.
Getting Around
Located mid way between the towns of Oakhurst and Mariposa off Hwy 49.
In either town there are large grocery stores and restaurants.
45 minutes away from with the El Portal or Mariposa Grove entrances to the magnificent Yosemite National Park.
30 minutes to Bass Lake, which is renowned for excellent fishing, hiking trails and warm waters. Wake borders flock to Bass Lake throughout the spring and summer as do boater, water skiers, paddle boarders, wave runner enthusiasts and more.
