The property and room were great. Staff was nice. My only complaint is that the breakfast was lacking compared to other places we’ve stayed at. They should have had some Type of meat and some type of egg option.

room was on the 2nd floor of a separate building from checkin area - no elevator pulled our suitcases up a ramp & down the hall to get to our room hotel had a different name than the one I booked under GPS and cell phone did not have reception so we had a difficult time locating this hotel asked desk clerk to help us with the Pictured Rock boat cruise and she gave us a map and circled where we were and where the dock was to get the cruise in town wanted her to call to find out if a boat cruise was still available that evening but she would not call I had the phone # but could not call since I did not have phone service desk clerk was nonchalant and indifferent to our request only did the basics of giving us our room assignment & key and telling us about breakfast the next morning asked about the waterfalls and she said they are on the map location was further out of town than I expected

Hotel room was great. Clean and spacious however felt that the complimentary breakfast available had very less options. The options available to eat were limited closer to a to-go rather than advertising it as hot breakfast. Stayed at other quality inns and had better breakfast experiences.

It was a great stay. The only complaint I have is that you all have an amazing property/ land/ space why not add bbq grills or bonfire pits? There are no real restaurants nearby it just makes sense to add those two things especially since you all don’t even have a pool! Just my opinion. With that being said the rooms are spacious and clean. I wouldn’t stay again.

An average hotel

All in all, the hotel was ok. The people were very nice and the continental bfast was also very good. The room was average. The bathroom floor was a bit dirty around the edges, and the towels were super-thin. The location was very good.

The pool was closed which was fine as I don’t think it was advertised The breakfast could use another waffle maker as it was the only hot option and everyone was wanting it as their meal
