The hotel and room were comfortable, clean and in good shape. Great location close to parks.

Good part was plenty of free parking and very nice staff at check-in and check out. But the room was very musty smelling and the tile floor in the bathroom was sticky. The carpet was very old and tired looking and probably contributed to the smell in the room. Also, there were two full trash cans in our room with takeout boxes and other stuff that hadn’t been removed from the previous guest. Breakfast was decent with eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits, and gravy and even a waffle maker as well as the normal continental stuff like muffins and yogurt. The woman running the breakfast area was very helpful when you needed to find something .

The staff was very attentive, and supportive wherever needed, even though the hotel is showing signs of its age. The attached pub had good food, priced right. I wish there was a little more variety in the comp breakfast for guests. Also, and maybe it's my age, but I would have liked a local newspaper or two. (Mark from the NJ Shore).

I wasn’t able to get a goodnight sleep because it was noisy. The refrigerator in the room made a lot of noises off and on. You can hear people talking in the hallways and shutting their doors!

The pool was small and cloudy. The rooms were average. Air conditioner was noisy. Food in the restaurant was good. Lobby/meeting area was extremely hot and walls were worn with water damage. Area where breakfast was held had old chairs and several were broken.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were excellent. Breakfast staff was friendly but very loud and complained about her work shift. She had a rough night before.
