We stayed at the HIE while in town for a show at Charles Town Casino. Exceptional customer service. Very clean which is a huge must for me. Very convenient to the casino area.

Especially satisfied with the workers. We were only on an over night, but I can’t even say how many people that said something nice to me. Whether it be good evening ,good morning, hello or have a nice day. Nice friendly environment. Great job Holiday Inn workers. It was noticed and appreciated.

This was a very nice hotel with extremely pleasant working staff. Everyone who worked there always said "hello" or asked how everything was going. Breakfast was also very nice. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it very much. Pool was a bonus!

No smart TV so we couldn't cast from our computer. Channel list only--no guide. Asked for additional blanket and were told they didn't have any. Asked if we could have comforter from empty room and were told they were full. They were definitely not full as there were very few cars in the parking lot. We were asked upon arrival if we were IHG members. We said we weren't, and he signed us up. We WON'T be using it!
