No lo pude disfrutar !!!

No pude disfrutar de la estancia en el Hotel Oyó, debido a que cuando realicé la solicitud de estancia, revisé y al comprarla en la Web, me cambiaron las fechas, fui a al Hotel y solicité el cambio de fechas y no me lo autorizaron !!! Me tuve que ir a otro hotel porque me informaron que no tenían habitaciones Disponibles para ese día !!!

The smell of the bed sheets and the towels were horrible. I couldn't sleep well. In addition, I was charged 25 dollars to get access to the room one hour earlier. All these will prevent me from coming back.

I arrive at property room wasn’t ready staff tells me to move to new room sink was clogg mattress was terrible have a bad back it just seems like their is not much attention to customer needs hotel my opinion will not stay again

Out of 4 nights we stayed at the hotel, the key failed 3 nights to enter the room and we had to go to reception to reactivate it, plus there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

The place was clean and quite. The staff was great and friendly. Young lady that was cleaning rooms helped out to get what I needed extra of. Need was comfy.
