Stroll five minutes more and you'll be able to enjoy all the conveniences of downtown McCall.

This brightly furnished townhome has a colorful, modern vibe and comfortable furnishings. A perfect haven for two couples or for Grandma and Grandpa and the kids - this home accommodates up to six guests in cozy comfort.

The downstairs features a bedroom with attached bath and queen bed as well as a living area with a big screen TV, electric fireplace, and sofa sleeper for two. The attached bathroom has a second door for access to or from the living area. Step outside onto the petit deck and enjoy the grassy common area.

Head upstairs to relax in the bright living room where guests can lounge around the electric fireplace or out on the balcony for a view of the lake. There is a formal dining area as well as counter seating where guests can chat with the cook while they make a memorable meal in the well-equipped kitchen. You'll also find a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom on this level.

There is one parking space in the driveway and a deep garage. Be sure to bring your gear (don't forget your golf clubs!) to make the most of your alpine adventure in McCall at the Downtown Lakeview Villa Townhome. This property is also only a few doors down from our Mill Court Lakeview Townhome – rent both and accommodate your next family reunion, retreat, or group function!

Parking is limited to the garage and single space in front of the garage ONLY.
1 VEHICLE IN GARAGE AND 1 VEHICLE OF 17 FEET OR SMALLER ALLOWED IN FRONT OF GARAGE. NO ADDITIONAL PARKING.
Larger vehicles may not fit in front of the garage as the space is small - larger vehicles will need to park in the nearby public parking lot off Mill Road.

NO SMOKING is permitted anywhere in or around the property. This includes outside spaces such as the front porch and back decks.

This is a NO PET property. If you need a rental that accommodates pets, please reach out to us and we would be happy to provide you with alternative property options.

This home has a two night minimum stay, but some date ranges require a 3 or 4 night stay.

Make yourself at home, but please be respectful of locked cupboards and doors that indicate a private space.

All of our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.

Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.

Perfect home
This home is wonderful. It is not lacking anything! Very clean and spacious. The management company, Done Right Management was very responsive. It's was so great to walk to shops and restaurants. Even had the town deer in the area next to us. Would stay in this home again!

Great location, comfortable place, deck would be lovely in the Summer. Great access to Paradise State Park for Cross Country Skiing. Printed instructions in home need to be updated to match current policy (e.g. ckout 11:00, but it is really 10:00). Kitchen could use some tea bags, just stocked w/coffee.

Great location!
We traveled from out of state and amenities are important when you can't bring your own things. This townhome was perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen fully equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms had all necessities, bbq on the balcony, and even chairs and beach towels to take to the beach. Location is ideal. Walked to everything. The beach and marina are just across the street, along with Legacy park and all shops, food, and breweries. We liked Salmon River Brewery. Overall great place. We would stay again.

Great place. One block from water-easy to carry your SUP and get into the water. Two blocks from town and a lots of restaurants and Brew Pub. Clean condo and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable set up.
