I was never told that there was a deposit that needed to be left for the room. I also never seen a housekeeper, the breakfast was cold and it was so loud late at night.

Good stay in White City.

We had a great stay after a day of traveling. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was big , clean, bed was comfortable and had plenty of places for charging devices.

We just spent the night as we were on a road trip through Oregon. The overall building and interior are clean and modern, however the rooms are not. We booked two rooms...one for my daughter and her boyfriend, and one for me and my wife. The hotel was packed due to events occurring so changing our room was difficult. My daughter complained that her room had an odd odor, but opted to stay in the room because it was late and they just wanted to shower and sleep. Although the hotel had a no smoking policy the room we were given reeked heavily of cigarette smoke and we decided to call for an alternate room. There was only one other room available, however, we were told that the prior guests complained the sheets were dirty. The front desk staff offered to inspect the other room and change the sheets. It was a little unsettling but we opted to change our room. We were also tired and just wanted to shower and sleep. Upon inspection of the other room, it was clean and also had an odd odor, but it wasn't as bad as the first room. After we settled in we noticed that the coffee dispenser, cups, and other accessories was in the bathroom. Given the business that people do in the bathroom, having that there is very unsanitary. Aside from that, the room was very basic and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

Easy online booking! Property is advertised as “pet friendly” however still have to pay $25 per deposit per pet, which was fine, just happy to have my dogs but it kinda just felt like another “hidden fee”. There is only one entrance and exit and our room was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator which was a little inconvenient with pets. Room was clean and spacious. Very basic hotel room. The bed and pillows felt a little old and very well used. The staff was extremely friendly being sure to always greet us when coming in the entrance. We had a great stay. Just would’ve preferred a slightly quieter room with pets.

Location was ok. Cleanliness was absolute horrible. Floors weren't swept. They had drink spots on the floor like it wasnt wiped or moped. Couldn't walk around without your feet becoming black or dirty. Bed was very uncomfortable, like it was from the 70s. Requested for the floor to be swept or moped, front desk said they were gonna have the maid clean it when they start. Wasn't surprised they never came in the room to clean it when we left. Would i recommend? For $159.00 a night, I rather sleep in my car.

The hotel is good but they could get better with keeping linens clean. Free breakfast is a plus, the surroundings are all industries. Overall, not bad for a night stay when visiting crater lake especially with the price point
