We stayed here due to its location for visiting Crater Lake. The property is an older style motel but is clean and well kept. Shady cove has limited dining options many of which were closed due to the time of our visit and a water problem in the town ( the hotel were great and provided bottled water). Rooms overlooking the river are the better ones but overall a great place to stay.

Great property within close proximity to Crater Lake National Park. Nice setting along the Rogue River. Enjoyed access to a gas grill and outdoor eating area.

Very clean and convenient to restaurants. Nice setting right next to the Rogue River. Friendly staff who gave us perks for our dog

I love the Rogue River right outside my door..Beautiful. All the staff were great. Rooms are clean and quiet. AC was a plus in 100 degree plus weather. Nice pool and hot tub. Great old town feel with quaint shops walking distance. Macs diner and Miguels a plus.Rafting on the Rougue a must,just down the street.Cant wait to come back..

A River Runs Behind It

The Rogue River is right behind this hotel. Many of the rooms have a balcony or patio so you can sit and watch the river. Walk to dining in Shady Cove. Great location to slow down and enjoy your travel. Definitely plan to stay here next time I'm in the area.

We loved sitting outside watching the Rogue River flow by. The staff was so helpful in suggesting sites to see and the proximity to Crater Lake National Park was great.
