Staff was great! From reception to the person who made breakfast. We arrived pretty late but was greeted well and both staff members were informative and made us felt welcome. When we got to our room the bathroom light was flickering so called the front desk.. thinking it was late we probably wouldn’t get it fixed til morning. The next thing I get a knock on and it was the service personnel. He was able to replace and fix the light. Great customer service ! They offer breakfast .. simple but satisfying/ waffles sausage links were my sons favorite.. room was decent and clean

Highly recommend.
Flew into Medford late. Was picked up by a very nice young man. The bed was very comfortable so slept well. The room was comfortable and clean. The decor was appealing in the rom and throughout. The desk clerk was nice and helpful at check-in and the manager was very personable - enjoyed our visit with her. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

While the property and room were well cared for, the room smelled like a deodorant was used to cover the smell of smoke. It was very offensive.

Got there and rudely sent away very quickly and casually when told because we lived here locally 6 months prior we weren’t allowed to stay there. We had a tremendous weekend planned which this abrupt change destroyed. Unprofessional

I would never stay at this hotel ever! The pictures online are definitely wrong and deceptive. I left this place knowing I probably wouldn’t get a refund. It’s way outdated and dark with a smoker smell. Felt dirty and I didn’t touch anything to find out exactly how dirty it was even though I’d been driving for 7 hours and tired.
