Woman outside below room loudly talking/shouting all night and I don’t even think she was rooming at the hotel. Weird smell in room. Room otherwise clean but impossible to remove smell even after repeat use of air freshener.

The room i got kinda smell. Maybe the one who used it previously has a pet and defecated somewhere near the bed and it wasnt fully cleaned, hence the smell.

Many homeless roaming the area. buildings boarded up. Not the Hotels fault, but neighborhood has degraded significantly since pre-COVID.

Our room was musty and moldy smelling. Everything was basic. No frills and very worn from walls to furniture to sheets. Sheets were snagged. Breakfast was minimal. Chair about fell over when you sat in it. It was clean and staff were friendly.

Front desk manager or clerk, was very polite and professional with answering questions and accompendating to help me change fromnthe 2nd floor room to an available room on the 1st floor. Superb Customer Service with a smile!

Everything was great except the room key did not open the doors to enter the building. It just wasn’t working! This was a safety issue. When we told the hotel clerk he didn’t do anything to fix it.
