Loistava sijainti suoraan vastapäätä North Medfordin lukiota. Hiljattain remontoitu koti sisälle ja ulos! Olemme luoneet tämän talon mukavasti mielessä viihtyisässä tyynynpäällisessä sängyssä, erittäin nopeat wi-fi ja kaapelit, uudet sohva- ja lepotuolit, graniittitasot, joissa oli suuri ruokasali, jossa voit nauttia aterian tai kupin kahvia! The carpet in the master was so filthy with big blavk stains on top of the dirt. I put towels down so we could walk on it. The bed and couch were so broken down my husband brought a chair from out side to sit in.

Good for a family
This house is quite adequate. It met our needs as we traveled with our 2large dogs. It is definitely a house where dogs have lived or stayed as you can see by the condition of the furniture! The back yard is wood chipped and a little small. It’s not fancy but certainly met our needs. Since it’s a large 3 bedroom, 2bath home a family could enjoy staying here.

Jeri is amazing
We unfortunately were displaced for two weeks while repairs were done to our home and refused to stay at a hotel. Things were a nightmare with our other host until we were able to stay at this property listed by Jeri. Literally NO complaints, we were comfortable, the property was amazing and so was our host. She even brought us an extra fire stick remote and batteries. She made us feel like we were home while we were out of our home.

Dog poo on carpet
We saw a big dog poo on the carpet of the master bedroom when we checked in. It was very disgusting. We told the owner immediately, and the owner accused my dog for pooing there when my dog was still outside on the lawn when we discovered the poo. The dog was also dried up indicating that it has been there for awhile and certainly not from my poo. After providing the picture evidence of the poo, the owner agreed to reimbursed half of the cleaning fee. We followed all check out procedures and kept the place clean. I followed up with the owner a week after check out on the cleaning fee refund, the owner then sent me a picture of the floor with spilled liquid, accused my dog for peeing on the floor, and refused to refund the cleaning fee. The picture was unclear when it was taken, whether it was even taken inside the house and whether the spilled liquid was water or pee. I am going to launch a complaint on the owner for his unjust actions.

We had a nice overnight stay, the rooms were larger than expected and the living room was spacious with a big cushy sofa and recliner. The backyard could use a little tlc but being a dog friendly rental it worked for us.

This is a great place to stay, the master bedroom did have a pet like smell when I arrived but pretty faint. This was a very easy stay with a very kind owner. We had been working all weekend and totally forgot our check out day. The owner called and was super kind! We will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much
