A sheriff's deputy was at the property several times either by contract for security or just to hang out. Either way, it was creepy. There were few toiletries provided in the room.

Booked last minute in parking lot. Room was clran and very comfortable. It was one night stay but would have gladly stayed more. The only issue we didnt care for was breakfast was not free. There was a surcharge.

Great location with shops around that made stay great. Only complaint was they sold me out of date yogurt that made me sick within the hour. The guy at the front desk was great, and handled it well

Awesome experience!

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and the beds was so comfortable. Loved the area with all the shopping and dining venues. I highly recommend Courtyard by Marriott Collierville.

Terrible front desk service. I was on the bottom floor with a loud family next to me. The kids were screaming and running down the halls and the parents had the tv blaring. this was around midnight and I had work the next day. I called the front office to aske if I could change rooms as I had noticed earlier that the hotel parking lot was nearly empty. The front office attendant told me they were completely full. I informed them of the situation next door and the attendant told me they would speak to the family. An hour went by and noting changed. The worst stay i have ever experienced. DO BETTER COURTYARD MARRIOTT!
