This experience at this Marriott location was deeply disappointing and falls far below the expected standards of the brand. Firstly, the property seems to have only a limited number of suites, and the cleanliness of these rooms was concerning. The tub in our suite still had a visible dirt ring and was difficult to clean due to a slow-draining issue that left standing water. Additionally, the showerhead was taped in place, making it impossible to adjust, forcing us to shower at an awkward angle. The condition of the furniture was equally troubling. The couch appeared unclean, with random nuts and bolts found under the ottoman that didn't seem to belong to anything. The refrigerator and freezer were covered in dust and hadn't been cleaned inside. A dirty dish was left in the dishwasher, and the floors were sticky, yet no mop was available when requested. The nightstands and phone were both dusty and sticky, with evidence of something spilled on them that had not been properly cleaned. The carpet showed signs of a poorly executed patch job. Given the reputation and price point of the Marriott brand, this was one of the worst experiences I've had. It's especially unacceptable that both suites we booked were in such poor condition, with one even lacking pillowcases on the pillows. For a brand of this caliber, the level of cleanliness and attention to detail was shocking and disappointing.
