Property staff is very rude, they also charge uou an extra $75 for incidentals which is not stated on website, for travelers who are far from home this is inconvenient. The rooms are outdated. Heat did not work and took over 20 mins for water to get hot in shower. I will not be returning.

The property is poorly maintained and operated. The included breakfast wasn’t available. None of the equipment was operational in the gym. The furniture in the room was dirty and extremely out dated. The staff was not accessible, there is a bell to ring but they don’t respond. There were issues with the keys. Terrible place to stay, will never return.

The Hotel definitely looks like it’s being worked on but things could speed it up. Elevator was dark. Door to my room could be open with a push. Didn’t realize until last day. Stairs were not vacuumed. Rooms didn’t get serviced the 3 days we were there. We asked for fresh towels and was told to return dirty ones. Which was weird. Our reservation was for 2 but on 1 night my 2 kids stayed with us. She actually looked it up when I asked for towels. This is what made my experience terrible! Just give the towels. Price was great but not worth the safety concern or service we received.

This property was amazing, much above what I expected. Location is kind of ducked off, place even had a basketball court! If I am ever back in the area then I have every intention on staying here again. Still conveniently located right off the highway though, so plenty of everything you could need nearby. Probably the highest exceeding of expectation thatI've everhad with a hotel!

The best place that i have stayed at in a very long time.Nice and quiet down a dead end road.They have 3 ponds in the back with sitting area.Very peaceful

Should be removed from booking sites!!!
The pictures on here are at least 20 years old. Place is ran down. Dock is literally falling down!!! Staff was extremely rude when asked to switch room so to the toilet not flushing.

The room is clean and everything works well . If they maintain the pond at back of property the property will get lot of attraction . Apart from this everything is good and clean.
