This 3-Bedroom condo sleeps 8 with all new mattresses and is furnished with comfort and convenience in mind. One (1) King upstairs in the master suite. Downstairs is one (1) queen with adjoining door to the bathroom plus two (2) twins (one is XL). A sofa sleeper sleeps two (2) in the living room. Located close to Oasis Golf Course and beautiful views of the Virgin Mountains. Take morning/evening walks right out the front door for a view of the surrounding mesas or a quick drive to the grocery store. USB ports in all bedrooms, fast Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen with Keurig single cup & carafe coffee maker, George Foreman grill, and a soft water system with filtered tap water.

Marilyn Park is just a small walk down the hill which has a huge play structure, swing set, and sand volleyball court, full size basketball
court, large covered picnic area and lots of green grass. Mesquite is conveniently located on I-15 just 80 miles from Las Vegas and 36 miles from St. George, Utah. Zion National Park, Grand Canyon is within a couple hours drive and Valley of Fire State Park only 45 minutes. Great place to stay! Comfortable beds! The kids loved the pool as well. We didn’t get the chance to go to the playground but it is nice and close by!

As soon as we walked in to property we were thrilled. Exactly like it was advertised and fully met our expectations. Communications with Premier Property was very positive from the first call. In addition to answering my questions, they also provided suggestions for dinning, activities, events. Much appreciated as had never been to Mesquite before. We highly recommend their services!
