The entrance to the property was filled with trash. The garbage bin was overflowing. There was garbage all on the floor, and there were people loitering in front of the entrance. The lobby was dirty, and it smelled like cigarette and ammonia. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. The carpet was dirty. The room smelled there were people fighting and arguing in the stairwell. I called reception to complain and nothing was done about it. this hotel is located in Doral, which is supposed to be a good area, but this is by far the worst place I have ever stated would never go back.

Its a nice, clean place to go, has fridge, stove and microwave so its makes it easy for you to buy your own suff and even cook. Did like that i stayed for a week and not even pick the trash. I understand you dont have to clean every day but having someone take out the trash would be nice and maybe maje the bed, just saying. You are in a hotel not at home
