I could not believe this was an Hilton property! First we find out it was overbooked, order twin queen size beds. They only had 1 king. Then when we placed our bags on the table. It appears that summoned a full family of roaches which we fought trying to kill. Gather them up and went to the front desk and reported it. Since no Mgr was on duty we were told they’d get back to us in the morning. I’m still waiting. Won’t be stay here ever again. I was embarrassed for having my wife and kids stay at the hotel I picked.

Staying with my husband for overnight stay. The hotel and the room was very clean. The front desk staff (two young guys) were very polite and professional. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety with hot and cold options. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

Booked a King studio room through Expedia, showed up and was put in a 2 queen room. Brought issue up and was told the hotel was sold out and since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) they could not guarantee us the room we booked and paid for. The room has carpet and had a musty smell, socks and feet were dirty after walking around in the room.

The property was good with a good location , overall cleanliness and staff was good my only critic is that it’s a bit of an older building so you can smell that’s it’s a bit musty and you can that the carpets and certain areas around the hotel look a bit more beat up and deteriorated.
