We rented for the night for my grandson‘s birthday and to enjoy the waterslides. We got there around 4:30 to check in and it took about 30 minutes and once we checked in, we were only allowed to go into the waterpark for less than an hour because part of the park was closed off for an event at 3:00 pm the pools closed by 6. it closed at three and the other park was closed. Someone should have told us before that weekend that there were limited times when we rented. Had we known we would’ve chosen another weekend to do so and we didn’t get to spend as much time using the facilities as we wished we could with my grandson’s birthday, so it was disappointing. However, the time we did spend was very nice and the staff was friendly And courteous . Check in time at 4pm is not the best if the water parks and pools close at 5 and 6 pm
