This hotel is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had just arrived in Miami from a cruise and room was ready for an esrly check in. The pool and staff were amazing and the beach was just a shirt walk from the hotel. Alot of dining and shopping options in the area. Will definitely stay there again when in Miami! The view from the room was perfect.

I love the property but did not like that the floors in the room weren’t swept or vacuumed. Had previous occupants’ hair everywhere. I also did not like that there wasn’t any knowledge of a $600 hold for incidentals until i arrived for check in

I loved everything about this experience. Every single person was super nice, the beds were comfy, the beach beautiful and clean. The pool area was nice as well, but would have liked a little more music. The only reason I’m scoring 4 instead of 5 is because the drinks poolside were awful. I had to keep going inside the hotel to the bar in the restaurant to order drinks, and they were good. Even though I didn’t like the drinks the service was amazing.
