I recently stayed at San Juan Hotel, and overall, it was an excellent experience! Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However, I did find the room a bit too cold for my liking. Even after adjusting the thermostat, it remained colder than I would have preferred. Despite the temperature issue, the excellent customer service and attention to detail made the stay memorable.

The staff was amazing, but the hotel itself is not what is pictured. The rooms are very small and so are the beds. Especially for queen size beds. There was no room to really move comfortably. The shower took forever to get hot and it was very inconvenient. When you go for check in you have to pay a $42.18 RESORT FEE!! And on top of that $45 FOR PARKING!! At that point I should’ve stayed at a better hotel and got more included.

This place has a nice little pool. That’s about it unfortunately. the rooms are very very noisy and not really nice! I don’t get the reviews at all!! Im assuming their from people Who’ve never been to an actual nice hotel before. Well you’re surely missing out!! All night long you can hear people banging above you. Our door looked like someone had tried to open it prior with a knife it was all messed up I actually took pics, it was pretty bad! I felt unsafe at night but during the day it was okay! It seems a little ghetto! Definitely not for kids! Some guy was outside asking us if we wanted to buy drugs right in front of my 6 year old it was very uncomfortable! Ghetto people smoking w33d right on there front steps, it’s literally mind blowing. You’re right next door to a liquor store so it’s pretty ghetto and sketchy! I wouldn’t say family friendly at all!!! Looks like a place you bring a one night stand for a night. Lesson learned to not cheap out lol south beach in general has gone down hill it seems. that’s not the same south beach i remember 17 years ago. Very sad
