Property failed to mention that the check-in was at another location, a few blocks away. They also charged an extra $100 as a “reservation fee” which was not mentioned before paying online. Happy hour was like 10 blocks away with unfriendly staff. Would not recommend

Parking was not fun, parking was 3 blocks away. Rooms were clean and nice, check in was easy once we arrived at right building but had to go to 3 buildings sites to get right one, because one in email was wrong. But would definitely stay again!

Would not recommend....avoid this property. They do not answer your calls or return your messages. We got dropped off at 1 am only to find that the office had been moved to another hotel. We then had to walk from 1 hotel to another hotel to check in. There were hidden fees and a security deposit that they will leverage you with. After all that they said there was a third location we will be staying at. One of the employees drove us to the third location for our room. Finally after a few hours we were able to get to sleep. The entire time we were there they would not answer our calls. Our last day there I called them outside the office and heard the phone ringing...once it went to voicemail I walked in to the employees playing on their phones.... I would highly recommend staying elsewhere.
