Called during the week to make sure the pool was open, yep no problem. Booked the room At check in, I was informed that the pool was reserved for adult only all weekend. Try to tell that to the kiddos. And then on top of it they charge me a "resort fee" Will Never go back to that hotel nor would I recommend to anyone.

Took a little vaca with the husband. The room was nice, bed was comfy, casino was fun and the food was good. The only thing that was bad was that the water never got hot. We had a spa shower and it would only get like warm. The day we checked out, neither of us could take a shower or was to cold.

Old part of the hotel
So apparently there is an old part of this hotel that you dont realize you're booking. This is the Blue chip "tower". the Blu Spa tower is the one you want. This old portion has been apparently been there for decades? Its hidden, the rooms and hallways are a disaster and there is no direct way to get to them for parking etc. You have to walk almost a mile form the casino to even get to these rooms. Bc of this, we cancelled our reservation for the next stay. I will absolutely not be doing that again.
