Weeds on outside of property were at least a foot tall or taller. Microwave flashed all night becuase the clock is broken. The alarm clock time did not glow in dark. The sheets would not stay tuck in. Parking lot parking spaces lines need painted. The desk in the room felt like it almost was ready to fall apart, The weeds around the building and parking lot aisles, growing in the cracks of the parking lot was not a good first impression. Never will stay there again.

Thought the room could have been a little cleaner. Person above us sounded like they were coming through the celing and did not stop walking around till late and up early. Did not get alot of sleep. Get to breakfast early not a lot of food.other than that was nice

This was an okay stay for one night, but simply a place to sleep- a bit run down and weeds/neglected landscaping and trash surrounding the property. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy, but breakfast choices were very limited. I had 2 very salty sausage patties for breakfast, and nothing else. For an extended stay, I would definitely recommend staying elsewhere.

The breakfast was almost non-existent! When I reported it they said, "they had a lot of tour busses and their truck hasn't come in yet." This is no excuse! Busses don't show up unexpectedly. We came to Hampton Inn for the convenience to our destination but mostly for the time-savings of breakfast in house. Totally unacceptable. We deserve a partial refund!

Very friendly staff. Pet friendly but no hint of pet accidents. Good breakfast. Did not like the fact room was not made up daily. Not on website and only a couple of discrete signs to advize you of same.

Nice staff...good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom floor is slippery when wet but we were careful. Good stay.

General Manager was extremely rude, messed up our reservation and we had to sleep 3 people in 1 bed. Refrigerator didn’t work and all key cards failed and had to get new ones. I am a Hampton Inn advocate, but NOT in Middlebury, IN
