The personnel were professional and friendly; responsive to our requests. The hotel itself is a bit worn, but clean. The bed was comfy, the pillows were okay. The breakfast was plentiful; however, there was no drinking water available, nor was there water in the work out room dispenser. We purchased bottled water to meet our needs. In summary, I’d rate it at 7 of 10.

A Few Problems
Just a couple of problems. The hair dryer didn't work and there was no extra one available. The lady at the desk said she would get it switched out from another room by maintenance. Needless to say, that didn't happen. I had to buy one at a store to use. Also, some channels on the TV were only in Spanish when they should have been in English. Couldn't get them changed. Very irritating. Otherwise, not a real bad stay.

The heater started smoking and set off the fire alarm. When I told the front desk they mentioned that other guests have told them as well but never went to the room to check it. Breakfast in the morning they didn't have forks, cold water or milk available. Other foods tasted old and dry.

We liked the location mostly, as it was close to family and friends. The staff were friendly, although very few spoke English, which is a problem for guests who don't speak Spanish. My main issues were the room and carpet cleanliness, and hence the overuse of febreeze to mask these issues. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
