It was a lovely room. Clean and was very comfortable I loved the bed. Was my second stay. Breakfast was nice as well. Pleasant staff and answered any questions we had. Will stay again.

Staff was amazing - super helpful- couldn’t have asked for nicer. Rooms were clean and tidy. Would be helpful to cleaning staff if they used plastic bags in trash cans. Plenty of towels in the room. Pool is on the smaller side, but not many guests use it and wished they had bathroom facilities in pool area as we were traveling with a toddler and going across the hotel hall made it hard for us and the hotel staff that had to wipe the floor every 20 minutes. Great stay - short distance to Southwicks!

Needs a major make-over. Rugs bald in spots. Air conditioner loud, cools off turns off. Turns on just when you fall asleep. Would not stay here again.

My stay in Milford was very nice. The hotel was convenient to the places I was there to visit. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again

Not bad but could be better

Room was good but a little musty. The lack of vents in the bathroom which left mold on the ceiling was disturbing. The employees were nice and breakfast was greaf, always plenty and different each day

The room had an overwhelming smell of cleaning products when we arrived. Good to be clean, not great for the guests. Also, lights in the bathroom are so dim you can't do makeup. Bed very comfortable, but the rest of the room was ok, but not 'fresh'. Felt like an older property that had some updates made. Breakfast good. Coffee good. Staff was lovely.

Very frustrating that the alarm clock in our room was pre-set and went off at 6 am and then again at 6:45 am. It woke up both up. Decreased quality of stay
