Room had a very musty smell. Almost as some Smoked cigarettes and then they cleaned trying to mask the smell. Hotel is older and could use a facelift. The main lobby floor is nice but the the rooms are very outdated with poor ventilation. Shower/ tub was rusted.

My recent stay at Sonesta San Jose - Milpitas was excellent. The premises were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was particularly impressed with the swimming pool and spa facilities, which added a luxurious touch to my stay. These amenities provided the perfect way to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, great service, and fantastic facilities."
