The whole experience was great! They had very nice staff. The room was big and clean. And the pool and slides were very much enjoyed by the kids. Good selection for breakfast also.

We didn’t end up staying. I tried checking in to two rooms and they were both dirty. I booked another hotel immediately. The front desk worker couldn’t confirm that I wouldn’t be charged. I will be calling to talk to a manager.

Spent the night with my son and two grandbabies..They lived their weekend at the pool, at the mall, enjoying dining at a variety of nearby establishments. Our room was very clean, although I read nasty reviews, the pool was so much fun, warm and clear, read also someone ripped open their skin on the "rusty slide". The slide is one piece of plastic, and smooth all the way down, and the water was far from murkey..My grandson asked to come back for his birthday later this month. The breakfast was great, such a variety, warm and delicious. Many beverages to choose from, we all left full and pleased. Thank you again, I have stayed at many 700 dollar a night motels travelling with my hubby for his work, this one was perfect and at a decent cost.. I will be back..

Pool and watersides were very fun for our boys! The room was nice. The one trouble we had is the hotel forgot to notify their shuttle driver that we were needing to be picked up from the airport so we waited almost an hour for him to come get us at 12 o'clock at night. They did let us extend our check out time an hour.

This hotel was just fine. It was convenient for our trip for a one night stay and the kids enjoyed the pool. Shout out to Travis, he was great at checkin and very friendly and helpful. Downside was our tv didn’t work in our room, the bathroom door stuck which made it difficult to close and open and the bedding seemed kinda of dirty or at the very least old. Location was good with many places conveniently within distance by driving, like the mall.

Forgot to book a handicapped suite when booking. Staff were excellent in changing our booking. All our needs were met from the friendly staff at desk. Would stay there again.
