Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. The elevator broke, never got notified. I was stuck in it for ten mins, they didn’t care. Restaurant, closed, no one turned up to work that day for it so it wasn’t available. Pool, nope, not available, they had to drain it. No sign or anything. Staff, couldn’t give two hoots about customer service. Breakfast, disgusting, had to leave and get breakfast elsewhere. It was better than sleeping in a cardboard box but that’s about it.

Room and staff great. I ate at the breakfast bar and 20 minutes later became quite sick. My best guess is the silverware or dishes were not properly cleaned.
