"Deja Blue" is a must-see Gorgeous Beach View condo, in The Summit at Tops'l, Miramar Beach. Enjoy Summit's Resort Pool and Hot Tub, and of course, the best Beach in the world, just a quick 3 minute walk from Deja Blue.

Walk right in and allow the calm atmosphere of this lovely home to put you at ease. We feature a comfortable open floor plan for the whole family to enjoy. The kitchen overlooks the living room and balcony, making for great views as you cook. We have installed brand new sprawling counters which allows for the cook to easily communicate with their family and be a part of the fun even when prepping a meal! You will find that the kitchen is spacious, well lit and stocked with everything you may need to cook and serve/enjoy meals. The oversized kitchen island seats 6 comfortably. After your meal, you can gather around our large Smart TV or take a breath of fresh air on the balcony. Our views from this condo are simply spectacular!

Our master suite features a comfortable king size bed, generous closet space, a large Smart TV and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a flat screen smart TV, great closet space and access to the hall bathroom. Additionally, the living-room sofa doubles as a queen sleeper for any extra guests and friends! You can reserve this home separately as a 2 bedroom/2bathroom condo, or along with its adjoining studio condo, turning it into a 3/bedroom 3/bathroom stunner! When reserved on its own, the heavy-duty adjoining door is locked at all times.

This Summit condo is located in Tops'l Resort, Tops'l is a wonderful Beachfront development. Basketball, Shuffleboard and Mini Golf are available for you to enjoy at the Tides at Tops'l. All are free to play! Please go to the Tide's office for equipment. Just across the street for Tops'l Resort is Grand Blvd, with great shopping, fabulous restaurants for inside and outside dining, a theater and a large grocery. Check these out in our photos.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment because it fulfills all our requirements. Close enough to walk to the beach but also has a little tram to transport us to and from the beach. Love the area and the park next to the building. Love the location, close to malls, supermarkets, restaurants. The apartment is nice and had everything we needed.

Beautiful home! Great location & views. Would definitely look to stay there again! Only wishes: that check in was earlier and all beds creek quite a bit with normal movement. Much needed stay!
Had a great time at the summit! The room 908 was beautiful and had a beautiful view. I thought because we weren’t on the beach that we were going to miss out, but honestly I think we had the best view that we’ve ever had! It was a short walk to the beach but not terribly bad. For the price I do wish there were some chairs that came with the room. It’s a little hassle to try and find a spot. We did have some issues with checking in.. our name wasn’t on the list when we drove up to the gate and then we were on the 9th floor with a toddler (which is already nerve racking) and our door code wouldn’t work! It was after checkin time and my whole family stood there at the extremely high railing, while I called the number given and had to leave a voicemail. I’m sooo thankful the girl called back quickly and she had to reset the door code! Which she let me know they were leaving the office for the day so I barely caught them! Sheew! She was very sweet and helpful. Overall I’m so glad we came, it was much needed trip for our family. And the new, nice clean condo made the stay so much harder to leave. (Inside kitchen drawers were a bit crusty but that’s the only noticeable thing I seen that needed cleaned) You can hear surrounding condo noise but thankfully we didn’t have loud neighbors. Aside from that it was great! We really were bummed to leave. Would definitely stay again. I just hate that so many of these places use the opportunity (restaurants included) to stick it to you.. when some people really do just need the escape for a mental rest and reset but can’t afford to or struggle to just enjoy yourselves because everything is literally an arm and a leg. But I guess as long as people will keep paying it then they’ll keep upping the charge sadly.

Fabulous condo!
This condo was perfect. We typically come in the summer but our son got married and the weather was lovely. Loved the ocean view. The condo was decorated nicely and seemed newer. We loved the easy check in and check out. We loved the double beds in the second bedroom. We would most definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view, easy walk to the beach.
Beautiful apartment, gorgeous views… Felt very spacious and everything you need to live comfortably for a week. The beds weren’t comfortable but not atrocious… Unfortunately we arrived to a unit that has not been cleaned adequately. Including dirty linens on the beds and left in the master bath. The shower had not been cleaned, the floors were still dirty and there was grease and food on the backsplash behind the stove and food wrappers behind the beds. Doorhandles, cabinet fronts and light light switches we’re visibly dirty so no Covid cleaning here. I do however feel confident that they will be better in the future with cleaning, however if you don’t mind a little DIY, this apartment is fantastic.

More than just an amazing view!
The view from the living room and master bedroom is excellent! We loved the modern furnished vibe. The big screen setup on the living room with plenty of movie/tv app options served us well on our one rainy day. The walk to and from the beach isn’t far and is well lit at night after watching a beautiful sunset from the beach. We will definitely be reserving a stay here again!

Amazing Condo & Location
This was our first time vacationing in Florida. We booked this condo for 7 days and it was amazing! The condo looked newly renovated and had an amazing view that overlooked the property pool. You could also see the Gulf from the balcony. Everything needed was already there including extra towels which we were happy to see since we were told to bring some in the original booking as they weren’t provided. The location was perfect! Just east of Destin and the dense traffic but close enough where drive time wasn’t terrible. We loved that the condo was located in the Tops’l resort. We did have to contact management when one of the electric operated shades wouldn’t work and they were very quick to respond and sent a maintenance person out to fix it the following day. We didn’t expect for someone to come right away and just wanted to let management know so we weren’t charged for damages but they sent someone to check it out anyways which was nice of them. A very quiet and safe community. The beach was only about a 5 minute walk. There was a restaurant just off the beach that is available to those staying at Tops’l but we were sad to see they only accepted credit card and it was almost impossible to get an open table. Would be beneficial for them to accept cash as well. The property appeared well maintained however one night on our walk down to the pool my 4 year old daughter and I spotted a rat near the elevators. The elevators could use some maintenance. Most of the time only 2 of the 3 worked and there were always issues with the middle one but we never had to wait longer than a few seconds for one. I would definitely recommend this condo and we would definitely book this same condo again in the future!!

My family and I had a great experience staying in this condo at the Tops’l Summit. It was perfect for my family of four and was very clean and spacious for us. The location is perfect! We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Perfect Vacation Rental
We vacation a lot as a family and this condo was absolutely perfect. This modern condo had all the amenities that we were are use to and looking for as a rental. I have high standards when booking and this place checked all the boxes. The view from the condo was beautiful. The condo check in was super easy with the app download and check in process. The pool and hot tub were really nice their were two beach chairs also. The walk to the beach was a 5-7min easy walk. The only recommendation would be to buy grilling tools and platters.
