It is a new, quiet, gated community with cobblestone streets and is within minutes from the sugar white sands and community pool. Seascape Golf Resort is practically next door, which offers tee times to members of the public and has superior tennis facilities. Stroll to one of the many great coffee places and enjoy a coffee beach- front, or check out Pompano Joes, Whale's Tail or Surf Hut for a bite, take a dip in the community pool, or catch some rays on our sunny sands!

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

In the event the golf cart is being serviced, out for repair, and not available for guest to use, the guest will receive the $45 Golf Cart fee plus $20 credit per day. Beyond Blue Vacations cannot provide a replacement golf cart.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
