We have thoughtfully curated every aspect to create a serene retreat for you to relax after a sunny day at the beach.

DETAILS:
Moore Sunny Daze is perfectly situated along Scenic Gulf Dr., featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms with stunning side beach views of the Emerald Coast. Located in building 1 on the top (4th) floor, it is conveniently close to the stairs and elevator, and just a short walk to the front pool and beach access.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (accommodates 8):

Primary Bedroom - King bed, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony access
Guest Bedroom - King bed, direct access to a full bathroom
Guest Bedroom - Bunk beds and shared hallway bathroom
Living Room - New queen sleeper sofa
The living room and both king bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray/DVD players.

WIFI is available throughout the property.

We hope you enjoy our fully equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, a microwave, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A brand-new stainless refrigerator, dishwasher, and range complete the kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare lunch or a large family dinner. Additionally, we have stocked our space with board games, a small beach cooler, beach toys, and more. A stackable washer and dryer are also included in this condo.

BEACH SERVICE INCLUDED:
Forget about lugging your own beach chairs and umbrella! We provide four chairs and two umbrellas from mid-March through late October (weather permitting), with friendly beach attendants on hand to assist you.

MARAVILLA:
This gated community boasts 2.5 acres of private, sugar-white sandy beaches. Enjoy two pools (one heated in winter), a hot tub, basketball courts, covered BBQ grills, and an updated fitness center. Additional amenities include a tennis court and two dedicated pickleball courts. With easy access from both Hwy 98 and Scenic Gulf Dr., coming and going is a breeze. You’ll find grocery stores and the world-class shopping and dining Destin has to offer just a stone's throw away.

NEARBY:
Within approximately three miles, you can find Winn-Dixie, Wal-Mart, and the Sandestin Outlet Mall. Treat yourself to delightful meals at Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's, Surf Hut, or Kenny D's, among others.

This property was very clean. There was anything you could need to use (crockpot, pitcher, nice washer/dryer). The beds were comfortable. There were nice thoughtful touches like blankets, card games, beach gear. Would recommend.

Miramar Beach Vacation
First time staying at this complex so didn’t know what to expect. Had a great stay! The Unit was great and pretty much as described. However, the front right bunk was smaller than expected. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Convenient private beach access directly across the street. Nice to have the 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach waiting for you. They are first come, first serve so you have to get down early for first few rows but well worth it. Friendly staff setting up the chairs. Tipped them well daily and they certainly remembered me and took care of me. Easy walk to Pompano Joe’s for lunch/dinner. Would come back again.

2024 Beach trip
The condo was perfect! It was beautiful, functional and clean! We had everything we needed to cook meals. We brought two pitchers so we could make lemonade and sweet tea. We payed in the front pool, back pool and at the BEACH!! Worked out in the fitness room too! Loved being able to walk to the beach and have two umbrellas and four chairs set up and ready to use. We had lunch at Pompanoe Joes, pizza from Grimaldi’s Pizza, and groceries from Walmart! Fun times at The Track-rides, mini golf and the arcade. Thanks for having such a special place at the beach!

Perfect getaway!
My husband and I spent a few days here and it was just what we needed. Very very clean and neat. You can tell it’s a well cared for condo. Well stocked with everything you need. Short walk to the beach with beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to relax and enjoy your day! Loved it!

Great condo
This was a great condo at Maravilla. We’ve stayed in this complex for the last 7 years and each condo has been nothing but amazing. The beach toys were helpful to have, we even left a few for the next guest. There is no beach cart, but thankfully the our kids are old enough to carry what they need. A few things could use some attention. The pans could be replaced - they are no longer no stick and are warped. There is no blow dryer, which wasn’t a big deal- we just are used to having those in the room. We will be back for sure!

Family vacation
Our stay was wonderful. This unit was decorated so cute and enough room for 6 adults, one 4 year old and a 12 weeks old. We also enjoyed the 2 umbrellas and 4 beach chairs. Also, Maravilla is so convenient to several restaurants to walk. Our favorites are Kenny D’s and Pompano Joes.

Relaxing stay with family
Over the years we've stayed at several locations along Miramar beach and this condo is the cleanest we've seen. We made use of both pools, the grill and beach set-up. Don't worry about forgetting something because the pantry and beach toy cabinet will likely have what you need.

Perfect condo!
Me, my husband, our 16 year old daughter, and my parents enjoyed this condo so much! It was packed with amenities, clean, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located. We had never been to this area of Florida before and really enjoyed it! If we ever come back to Miramar Beach, we would absolutely stay here again! Thanks to Ashley, the wonderful host. Best vacation!
This year was the best vacation that we have had in several years. We did nothing but sit on the beach and enjoy the company of our family. Ashley was great at communicating and very helpful when I reached out to her. Having 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas on the beach was very nice as well. This was the first time I haven’t wanted to come on from vacation!

This property was very well cared for. Having three bedrooms made life very easy with an infant. The kitchen was well appointed, though the cooking pans could use some replacement, because they were a little warped and connectivity to the electric heating surface was uneven. We appreciated that there was plasticware for the infant. It was not a long walk to the pool at the beach across the street. We would definitely rent here again. We would have written in the guestbook, but unfortunately, none of us had a pen. Lol

Perfect fit!
This rental was wonderful for our group! We love staying at Miravilla and this rental was perfect for our family of 4 plus one friend of my kids. The location to beach, shopping, and restaurants is simply the best and enabled the kids to enjoy riding to places on the rental bikes. This was without a doubt the cleanest rental I have ever had the pleasure to stay in! We were on the 4th floor which was nice - there was no noise from above. Communication with the owners was great! I always got a quick response to my questions. I highly recommend this stay- especially if you have 2 people in your party who need seperate beds but can stay in the same room like my son and his friend.
