Beautiful view on 9th floor overlooking ocean. Loved the wood flooring and bathroom. Staff members were pleasant.
Fridge needs to be wiped down to get sticky stuff off the inner left wall of it. Door to the balcony needs WD 40 to open easier. Luggage rack was broken. Charger was missing for blinds. Spent first 2 days of visit with the left blind button not working.
Blue Resorts Property mgt needs to visit the property they oversee to know how to orient guests during their stay. The lady that assisted me, although kind and prompt in response, admitted that she didn't know about that particular property. Blue Resorts need to include in welcome email the number to call the tram pickup service. It is NOT inside the phone boxes. Also, they failed to include the addtl cost of beach access, and directions to the beach. There was map of the grounds provided to aquaint guest with the property amenities. Elevators do not have motion sensors. Therefore, the elevator would close on you even if you were walking inside of it. My spouse is disabled and moves slow and it almost injured him several times. The timer for closure on those elevators needs to be extended.
