Enjoy being around all the fun, the best shopping in the area, and having plenty of dining options to choose from at our conveniently located Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort vacation rental in Miramar Beach, Florida. Everyone calls this condo "High Tide", and has the best vacations here.

This premier 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the 3rd floor, making it convenient for you to take the stairs or have short travel times in the elevators. Your luxurious master suite boasts a comfy king size bed, closet, smart TV, and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Your second master is on the opposite side of the condo and offers a queen bed, their own closet, smart TV, and bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

Dine in or bring home the leftovers and entertain in the open-style kitchen where you'll find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The dining room table comfortably seats 6. Your living room has a huge flat screen TV, cozy seating, and the most beautiful beach views. A full size washer and dryer are available to you in the vacation home.

Perfect Getaway

Unit is large, clean and very well equipped. Breathe Easy Rentals are very good at communicating. They are really on top of it. Beach and pool were great. Over all building is very clean and quiet. Staff working there very friendly. Someone was always cleaning. Unit is centrally located close to shopping, restaurants and parks. We enjoyed a much needed getaway. Didn't want to come home. Will definitely come again.

Excellent property!

I was highly impressed with this unit! It came equipped with everything we needed for our stay and then some! I was impressed with the prompt response of the staff when our microwave quit working they had us a new one within an hour! Only recommendation I would give for this unit it to make the second bedroom into two beds to better accommodate a family of 4 and get a larger hot water heater as we ran out after 2 showers each night. Will will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very nice. Kitchen has everything you need. Clean along with comfortable beds. No waiting for elevators and parking was handy. Westwind pool and hot tub were amazing. Great beach and beautiful water. Would definitely stay again.

Loved how the place came with cookware and utensils so we could cook instead of go out. Also loved how there were stuff for the beach/pool. Beautiful, clean condo! Just like the pictures. Great location!

We had a great stay! The property was just like the pictures. Loved the views relaxing on the porch, and easy access to the pool and beautiful beach! When planning a vacation at this resort it's a little confusing because you'd think you have access to all the pools etc. all throughout Sandestin Resort, but that's not the case. So be sure to read the full description. However this property provides access to a very nice pool, the beach, and an exercise room, and you can drive to the Baytowne area or other local attractions. We enjoyed the Sea Lion show with our kids at the nearby Gulfarium and would recommend that. Overall a great trip!
