Wonderful Beach Escape

Beautiful grounds with palm trees, foliage, flowers, chirping birds and tree frogs at night. It felt like we were truly in a Caribbean resort! The pools and tiki bar were wonderful too and beach access just a quick walk! Our host was attentive and speedily responded to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend!

Great experience from beginning to end!

Communication with owner was exceptional! We were able to check in early which hasn’t been our experience with other condos in the past. Condo was beautiful, very clean and well stocked with beach essentials. Great location!

Perfect Location

Plenty to do on the Sandestin property! This condo has a very large heated pool, hot tub and small kiddie pool. We were there over Spring Break and even with a large amount of ppl staying at the complex- the pool in large enough to accommodate. There is private beach just steps away from the pool with chair service or you can bring chairs that are already present in the condo.

Our stay was enjoyable. There are some issues with the cleaning crew : (1) The disposal was nasty and had not been cleaned (2) The toilets were not cleaned around the upper part of the bowls - disgustingly gross. I owned a house in Destin for years and did rent it with the assistance of a property manager. I’m sharing these details in an attempt to be helpful.

Great trip

Very nice unit! Location and view were fantastic. Julie was very attentive to any questions/issues we had. Pool was heated and very big. There were plenty of sand toys for the kids and beach chairs for the adults. We would definitely recommend this unit for your Destin stay! Thanks Julie 😊

Wonderful fall getaway

My mom and I loved our October stay at Westwinds! The property was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the easy beach access and heated pool. The condo was as pictured and clean. When we had a question Julie promptly responded. We typically stay on 30A and loved how much more convenient Sandestin is. We will be back!

Awesome vacation

The only thing was one of the chairs that was offered for the beach was broken. When Julie checked to see how things were going I let her know. She offered to get another one to me but we were fine without it. The view was amazing and close to everything we wanted to do...I highly recommend.

Beautiful view but pool was closed for our last two days.

We rented the condo for a long Easter weekend and we absolutely loved the condo! It was very spacious and the location was wonderful. The view from the patio was breathtaking. Julie was wonderful to work with. She was super helpful and very nice. The only downfall was that the pool was closed for two days, which was really disappointing since we had an infant with us that did not like the beach. We had planned to go to the pool on our last two days their and when we went down there was dust flying everywhere as the Jack hammers were being used all around the adult and baby pool. When we asked how long they would be there, the workers said they were scheduled to be there all week. It would have been nice to know that in advance since the pool was our deciding factor in choosing this vacation spot. Lesson learned - always ask if the pool will be open before booking any vacation rental!
