The only complaint I have is a major one the shower/ bathtub didn’t properly drain so the tub filled with water as you showered and it was very gross leaving film & nastiness for the next person trying to shower in a shared suite

Was nice except for smell of cigarettes

The room I was given smelled like cigarettes but they couldn’t switch me because it was fully booked (even though whe I checked in they asked what floor I preferred and I went to tell them about the smoke smell within 5 minutes). Luckily the windows opened a few inches.Otherwise it was nice. They did give me a free breakfast voucher but it was pretty bad food.

The room was great. It’s a little dated, but I don’t care as long as the bed is comfortable and the room is quiet. I love how big it is. The staff is very friendly the pool and the hot tub are great. I love that there are grills too

Not impressed with the changes

The room appeared to have been recently refurnished. Also new, everything seemed rather stiff and uncomfortable. The bed itself was comfortable. They also did away with having real dishes available. I do miss that. Additionally, the breakfast now is at an added cost, where it was previously included.

Exceeded my expectations

The hotel is in a part of town where you can get to multiple things easily. The room we were in must have been recently remodeled because it didn't look anything like the pictures, but it was so much better. We were very impressed with the seperate bedrooms and being able to control the temperature in each one. Beds were pretty comfy. Our views from the balconies were of the parking lot but it was still nice. We didn't have the breakfast or visit the pool, but I'm already trying to come up with an excuse to stay again.
