A herd ov about 150 deer were bedding down in the field behind property. They were gone in morning, but quite a site.

I arrived for my work conference a little early. I was about 30 minutes before check in time. I asked if I could check in early and the lady at the desk wasn't very helpful. She was busy on her phone/computer and I seemed to be bothering her. She said I would have to come back. I guess I just expected she would try to see if my room was ready yet so I could check in. She made no effort to be helpful. She wasn't rude, she just wasn't helpful. On the other hand, when I actually came back an hour later to check in, a different lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Just a little bit of helpfulness makes a big difference.

They need to list that no elevators available so that a first floor room could be requested at time of booking. Steps were very difficult for usx

Room I was sent to first had poop in toilet and someone had been in the bed. Got another, oops someone is in there. Got 3rd finally acceptable only because of late day. Bed terrible. No mattress topper, gross!! It wasn't Marcos fault because he did everything he could to help. Yelp, FB, social media must know. Nearly two hundred for this crap room? I may dispute fees as I have taken pictures for my bank. Shame on you for charging so much was is more like a motel 6!

We stay at Inn at the Canyons every year on our way to Arizona from Colorado. Very nice, clean, and pet friendly. Always nice staff and a good nights rest

Good property. Was clean and easy to get too. The staff seemed a little meh! Like maybe they weren’t that happy to be there. Good property though overall. Easy trailer parking
