Good place to stay if visiting Arches/Canyonlands and not wanting to pay 3x the price for hotel in Moab. Very limited eating option in Green River though.

A great location for visiting Arches/Canyonlands. Good value. Quiet rooms. Nice zone for stargazing. Breakfast is a bit lacking: think continental Europe.

50 miles from Arches but much less expensive than most places in Moab. Ok for price. Limited breakfast. A good restaurant close by. Helpful staff.

Basic room, no breakfast

The rooms are nice, clean, cool. Bed is fine. Sink did not drain . NO BREAKFAST. Coffee, yogurt, green bananas, and toast.

The place is well-kept and conveniently located. Something in the room/air made us quite allergic. Truck noise on and off and we could hear next-door neighbors talking and sneezing. (Probably also allergies.) Spacious wheelchair accessible bathroom was nice, but has very little room to put anything down. Sink was a bit clogged. Everything else was fine.
