Convenient to Fair Hope dining and shopping. Renovations in progress so the property had construction dumpsters by our building. Staff was very friendly . Enjoyed our stay.

This is a great property to stay at. It is well-kept, convenient to shopping, some attractions, and dining. The breakfasts are excellent, and the food is replenished quickly if running out. Special shout out to Crystal and Debbie at the front desk, and Sabina in housekeeping. These women were so nice, friendly, and always helpful. They deserve recognition. I will be back.

Overall good but AC was frigid and couldn’t be changed. They finally recommended we pull the plug. also toilet backed up. They found a plunger and resolved the problem. My son said his bed and pillows were very comfortable

Beautiful setting. Property undergoing renovation in our building. Room seemed to be missing furniture. Large space looked like a table used to be there. Odd occasional chair. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Quiet place but still on the main road close to everything. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were very minimal but well maintained.

We were allowed a very early check-in, very much appreciated. I booked the suite, very different from the pictures on hotels com, AC unit leaked over floor, light in sitting room did not work and room was very noisy. Probably on top of hotel laundry room. But the stay was for hospital recvery

I left notes with the lady at the desk. The fan in the bathroom doesn't work which leaves the whole unit damp. plugs in the lights didn't work. Strange sounds at night like something scraping outside then odd sounds like someone was rattling the door but no one was there. Coffee at breakfast was a nightmare. I'll stay somewhere else next time I'm in that area.

The location was very close to downtown. The check in clerk was very helpful in answering our questions about the town. He also gave us various restaurants and other things to do while we were in town.

Staff were friendly, the bathroom tub was nice and big. I recommend better pillows for the bed. Breakfast was ok, it could better. Pre package muffins, and bagels for freshness.

Was great but…..

The staff was great! The room was clean! My only complaint was one morning at like 7:30 housekeeping was knocking on the door and then opened the door even tho we had the sign out front. The next morning early the fire alarm was going off. 😭 so if you plan to sleep in… good luck. Lol
