Never got beyond the door to the room. When I opened it, the room reeked of marijuana. And on the front desk there was a big sign proclaiming the hotel as "100% smoke free." Clearly a big lie. Left and demanded a refund.

Never ever comeback, not clean.
My linen was nasty. Lamps very dusty . Dust everywhere. Pillow case were nasty had to ask for clean linen. I will never come back nor will I refer anyone to stay here. Very disappointed.

Me and my kids were there 3 days and when the 4th day came and my kids went down at 8:30 the General Manger David got in my 15 yr old daufhter face screaming and holleringvthat we had to leave the property. This was observed by one of the staff members Holly who came up and informed me that I need to go down and speak with David. When i approached him to inquire what was going on he relayed to me thata he wanted me and my kids to indeed check out as this entire thing started over my kids went to indulge in breakfast as the food is discarded and throwed away daily. David and I agreed that I could checkout at 12:30 all his staff also was aware that I was suppose to leave at 12:30 so as im off the property moving my things Holy decided to go into the room were my youngest son was still asleep which really upset me because why would you even be in a room alone with my son when you were standing in the front when David said I had unto 12:30 i have no ideal what type of person she is. He was very loud rude and very disrespectful towards me and my kids really think they should re-think they should get rid of Holy and . David both.

TV doesnt work. When I called the front desk. I was told I needed to wait thirty minutes for the night shift.Person to tell me how to fix the t.V. I'm paying to stay here and nit only are things not working, I have to wait and then I have to fix it. At 10:45 pm. This is ridiculous.

I don’t like to have to leave a deposit on a room where the bathrooms have rust and if I walk in my bare feet when I get in the shower my feet are filthy. Only 2 luggage carriers and they are usually hoarded by someone in their room. I had to make 5 trips from the 5th floor to leave not to mention waiting for the elevator. The back door has been broken for over a year now.. making it inconvenient to take my pets out back. May have to look for another hotel. The staff is great though!
