Toilet wouldn’t flush, no soap, no wash cloths or hand towels, no floor mat, one towel for 4 people Cold coffee, cold food, toaster wouldn’t work, worker was sitting outside most of the time on her cell phone

The first room, 511, ceiling was leaking into the floor, about to fall in so we had to change rooms. The second room, 507, they forgot to clean and come back for the cleaning supplies. We had food in the refrigerator and roaches crawling in the tub. By that time we were too tired to care. I was really disappointed.

It was perfect. The breakfast can be kept open a little longer in the morning, say 9.30 or 10 instead of 9am.

There was a film of water condensation over everything. The floor was very slippery as a result, especially the bathroom floor. The air conditioner was set to very cold to try to control the humidity but it was cold and damp as a result. Tried turning down the a/c but then the water on the floor just got worse. Couldn't wait to leave in the morning.

I didn’t like the dogs barking in the middle of the night, rudeness of the house keepers keep knocking on the door a hour before checkout like can I get myself together first then the front manger calling like I paid my hard earn money to relax not be harassed by housekeepers

The saying dont judge a book by its cover pretty much applies to this hotel. The outside and the lobby is dramatically different than when you get in the elevator and go to the room. The room felt like the spare room that is hardly used. The one chair in the room was extremely uncomfortable. The floor was dirty, like it hadnt been vacuumed in weeks. Asked if the floor could be vacuumed the next morning and it wasnt done until our last night of our 5 night stay. On the positive side, the air conditioning in the lobby was out when we arrived but the room a/c was working just fine. Breakfast was the same bland fare you get nowadays.

Smoke and Mirrors

Lobby and exterior of building look great and well maintained. The interior of the rooms had an overwhelming smell of moisture and fabuloso. Im glad they slathered the floor in it but it was sticky and dirty as heck. they've never actually cleaned the floor with it. Feet were black walking around in it and couldn't take it anymore and only spent one night. Lobby and staff were great. Fridge face was rusted out as were sprinkler heads. Mold growing in the shower pan and water everywhere on the floor because track on shower doors not seated or sealed properly.
