You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

A classic, single-family home in the Old Dauphin Way Historic District at the juncture of Midtown and Downtown. A 2BR, 1.5 bath spacious and livable home. One block off the Mardi Gras route, but private and quiet 50 out of 52 weeks, when the parades are done.

Examine the Historic Marker from the swing on the on the front porch, or BBQ out back on the patio. A spacious first floor with an open foyer, high ceilings, and grand windows. Living room and dining room are both anchored by fireplaces (not in use). The modern stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped. And there's a convenient 1/2 bath downstairs.

Upstairs you will find 2 good sized bedrooms. The master has a king bed and a windowed corner where you can sit and read or just look out at the trees and sky. the guest bedroom has a queen bed and ample storage. There's a large full bathroom as well.

Out back there is plenty of parking inside or outside of a wooden gate.

This is great neighborhood that two generations of our family continue to enjoy.
