Cute place! I would definitely stay again and bring the kids as it’s couple and family friendly. It's Very close to everything you need!! Which is great. Only minor complaint is all the additional charges for everything. $ 30 parking! $6 waters in room, restaurant surcharge if minimum order not met. They have fire pits, cornhole, nice pool area.

We loved this hotel and the area and ended up staying another night. We did ask to switch rooms when we checked in and were then allocated to a lovely room. First rooms we were shown were overlooked by the car park/restaurants close by The staff were lovely and super helpful. Location is by an intersection, close to a gas station, restaurants and mall which we didn’t get the impression of on the website. It is slightly outside of town but in a really good location for driving into town, cheaper than staying in town and much better than staying further away in the valley. Has a lovely pool and hot tub area which is very quiet and relaxing. We weren’t aware at the time of booking that there was a charge for car parking. This may have been our fault for not looking too closely but this does add to the bill. We ate breakfast at the restaurant every morning and a good selection on the menu.

Hotel was very clean and modern, the room was a good size and it had a nice bathroom. You are a couple of miles from the centre of Carmel - I thought it was a lot closer than it was. You are charged for parking and a resort fee which was extortionate for what you get.

I didn't like that I had to spend an extra $30.00 to park on site. I think that is ridiculous and will probably look elsewhere before staying there again. Staff was very nice though and my room was clean.

Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfotable. Shower and dink took very long to warm up. Grounds very nice. Firepit warm and inviting. Only real objection was anyone showering next or abo e you could be heard in our room. Kept getting woken ip by running water. Proximity to grocery and shopping good.
