Going down hill

Upon check in we were given a room when entering the room was still dirty from the previous guests. Beds not made, trash in the can. We were then given a different room with the same situation. 3rd time was finally the charm and we got a clean room. Very unpleasant experience this is usually our go to place to stay when in the area and it has gone down hill. We will be looking for different accommodations on future trips because of this.

Exactly what I am looking for: comfortable bed, hot shower, heater that gets the room toasty quickly, quiet, parking next to my room, very reasonable price - plus my puppy can stay with me for free! Can’t beat that!

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, no carpet, great shower, pets friendly. Wish more amenities for shower than just a bar soap. Overall it is a great hotel to stay for a weekend trip, will book again next time.

Management issues

The next room over had a large party after calling the front desk multiple times, someone finally answered. He spoke with the occupants. The minute he left, they started back up. Music so loud the walls were shaking. Called again, he tried to say he already took care of it. He went back and then there was an argument. It started again. Refused request for different room. Downstairs baby woke up & screamed. Slept from about 4 am to 7 when the music started back up. Worst stay ever.
