My first stay at the hotel was ok
It was ok the only thing was it stated in the website refrigerator included and there was none but there was a microwave and there soda machine had no label so I didn't know what I was getting and it took some of my money some sodas were not full.

I reserved the hotel for my step-daughter. When she arrived, she called me to head over to the hotel and get my money back because not only was the room dirty but also found a cockroach. Despite the dirtiness, she felt unsafe. Next to her room there were some escorts(if you know what i mean), im guessing waiting for the men. I went to get my money back, to try and get her another room somewhere else, and had no luck. Still waiting for the manager to call me and get my money back.

We love staying at Laurel Inn, however the floors are nasty. I take my own mop for the rooms without carpet, this time we stayed in a suite and it was carpeted, after my granddaughter got out of the bathtub and ran to her mommy her little feet were black.

Disappointed with our stay
It’s a very basic motel. I thought it would be fun to get us a room with a fireplace since we never go out but got into our room to discover the fireplace didn’t work. We called the front desk and they said they’d send maintenance but no one ever came. I’m disappointed I paid more for that feature. Also, there were ants on the bathroom counter, brown mystery splatters all over the back of the bathroom door and an extremely dusty coffee maker that looked like it hadn’t been used for an extended length of time. The bed was comfy though it was hard to sleep with our room facing the busy highway. I don’t think we’d stay again.

First impressions were positive, but after staying for the long weekend, I was a little less impressed. Staff were fantastic, but we stayed in the room with a fireplace and woke up to smelling gas, so I think I am being generous with this review since we could have been unalived. When we reported it, it was immediately taken care of though. The carpet was dirty and there was splashes of stuff on the walls, dirt, a lot of wear and tear. Not one window could completely block out light because of the broken curtains. Constant sirens. One of the toilets was constantly leaking and loud. There was a leak in the breakfast room our last day so we didn’t get breakfast (which was advertised differently, it’s like bagels and yogurt). So overall, affordable accommodations with friendly staff, but a bit run down. 50/50 chance of staying again.

First room was a slum..dirty..broken lights leaning against wall to stand up. I would never sit on the couch due to dirtyness. Had to wait 2 hours past checkin time for the room...as they were cleaning it....then another hour for a different room. There were a lot of not so acceptable people hanging around. Looked like gangs, drugs, and hookers. The pictures are not anything like the hotel..i give it a zero. Dangerous place. Expedia needs to send people out to check out these places.
