Arrived pretty early at approx 1pm. Asked was it too early for check in and received condescending remark from a person from housekeeping who I was not speaking to. Front desk clerk was enjoying his lunch at the check in counter with a mouth full of food and he responded to my question with a "smart" response as well. If the answer was no then it was no. No need for the hostility toward a paying guest.

Took 1/2 hour to check in because of a rude customer that wanted a late check out to leave her dog in the room while she attented a meeting after noon. This customer with her barking dog took up all the 1 desk clerk's time while we waited. The dog barked loudly at 2 dogs that came in with other customers.
