I did not like that the Waterpark was not open and we didn't have hot water in our room. I liked that the lady in the morning gave us a partial refund for the lack of hot water. Sovthat was very much appreciated.

Asked the front desk for towels we had to go to the desk and get them ourselves the next day. Hallway carpet was grossly dirty and or worn badly. Ceilings were stained with water damage. Buffet breakfast was very good.
