Overall was good except for noise. We were in room 108 and it was very noisy till late into the night. The staff were talking very loud as the room was next to laundry room and office and the front desk. Ice machine in lobby, so people getting ice late contributed to the noise as well. Quiet hours after 10pm in that area would help as well as not allowing ice machine use after 10 either.

The manager was very friendly. The night shift staff talked loudly in the lobby and the entire building can hear it around midnight time. And there was little kid that staff brought with. The facility and amenities are all in less pleasant condition

The bathroom had not been cleaned, specifically the tub. This hotel really needs to update everything in the rooms and create a modern 2024 feel and not a 1980 old school hotel room feel. The shower faucet leaked, and the shower head leaked around the shower head. The bathroom is VERY small and the sink area outside the bathroom needs to be moved into the actual bathroom and be updated. Staff was friendly though and area was quiet. The seam around the shower insert was cracked and crumbling (water leakage around that area maybe) and will need some drywall replacement. This place has changed ownership several times and should not be marketed as "new".

The A/C unit didn't run properly so it was hot and uncomfortable for my family to enjoy it. Also, we killed two centipedes which I told the lady at the front desk. Bathtub was clogged with hair but seems to still drain slowly.

We were told early check in was available. When we get there an hour early our room wasn’t ready for early check in. Then were told no keys were available till Monday. They would have to unlock the door for us manually each time we wanted entrance to our room. Which meant 3 days of asking front desk to unlock the door for us. When I was checking in there was actually a customer sitting on the stairway waiting for someone to unlock his door. Seemed very inconvenient. We did a drive around the hotel and there was numerous things that we just weren’t comfortable with around the hotel. We ended up canceling our reservation which the only positive was they didn’t charge a fee for canceling which we were pleased but we absolutely were not going to stay somewhere where there was no keys available and being told on the phone to head over and check in early was fine. The lady at the front desk tells us the guy on the phone didn’t know what he was talking about seemed unprofessional. I used the bathroom in the lobby and that looked like it hadn’t been clean in awhile so that says alot I think.

this property is worn down. under staffed. we arrived at 5:30pm and our room was not ready. the door entry card did not work.

Do not stay here, pee and hair in bathroom

To start with pee all over the toilet, room was no vacuumed, hair in bathroom floor, lamps very dusty, towels look dingy with stains, AC was very load coming on and off, no bar soap in room, no elevator, bed was collapsed on one side other than just very over priced. Very sad for a Best Western. Young guy working the counter as my wife told him about the issues said is that all man. I wouldn't recommend staying here until maintenance issues can be resolved the room itself if cleaned was not bad if you want to clean you toilets yourself.
