Chairs were noticeably soiled and require cleaning. I killed one roach which gave me even more concern regarding overall cleanliness of the hotel which appeared clean in general. Although I didn't complain until checkout, my last night stay was terrible attributed to noise emanating from the room above that sounded furniture moving and constant hard walking for the majority of the night. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant!!!

Convenient to many tourist destinations. Their breakfast was hot and a good variety to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean.

Noises from 2nd floor ( people walking ) and hearing a woman in her conversation most of the night while on her phone. Couldn't tell if she was in her room or the hallway. Most annoying! The service overal was excellent and the staff were very professional & courteous. Enjoyed thebreakfast. One of the best we've ever had. Would recommend this place highly.

Pool was nice except for the many, many cockroaches running around it. The mold and mildew growing all over the room, curtains, outlets, lightswitches aggravated me COPD terribly and my daughter got very sick the next day. Mattress was brown and smelled like mildew and was flattened on one side. The chase lounge chair was torn all apart and the stuffing was coming out, pillows looked old. The shelves were falling in the bathroom and the bathroom itself had barely any amenities, was not stocked. Parking was not ideal as only diamond members could park closely.

Great hotel

We took a vacation to Beaufort/New Bern area 4th of July. This hotel is pet friendly and very accommodating for pets. The grass area and bags for cleanup well maintained. The property is very clean, the staff very friendly and always willing to help. Enjoyed our stay. Thank You

The interior walls and ceilings need to be updated so they won't look like they've been patched up and painted over. The hardware for the barn door is rusted and furniture looked old and warn. The bed skirts need to be discarded and are very unappealing. If you have wooden bed frames they are easier to clean and more simple to maintain.
