Rooms were nice, especially the shower. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was right across the river from Philadelphia so it made for an easy drive into town. The food at their restaurant was good, but was understaffed. The guy serving us was the only one in the front of house and was bartending as well. The view of the river was nice and the parking was very convenient with room key acess.

Only complaints....the coffee maker in the room was broken and housekeeping knocked on the door ar 9am on day of checkout. The hotel is fabulous and the staff was terrifiic.

Great location if you are going to a concert in Camden. Staff was friendly. Bartenders were amazing. Clean room and comfy bed and pillows.

The room was spacious, had a great view of Philadelphia, had loads of ports for charging items. The bar was friendly with great entertainment. Walkable to Adventure Aquarium.

1 king size room facing the water. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the view of the city and water from the room was beautiful. Also walking distance from the event I was going too. However, despite all that, I do still think it’s just a bit overpriced for one night (251 a 50 dollar refundable fee), because I’ve stayed in nicer hotels with much more and better amenities (pool, free breakfast, more than one restaurant inside etc) for much less. plus the room itself was pretty basic. Everything else was great, had a good experience overall:)

Based on the branding and the moderate per day pricing, I was disappointed. I booked a family stay in Camden and chose the Hilton Garden Inn based on the Hilton branding and proximity to local family. Upon my arrival, I was surprised to learn that the $200 per night hotel did not have a swimming pool. Since I did not research in advance, that was my caveat emptor moment. The elevator signaling button fell from the wall when I pushed the "Up" button to go to my assigned room. Once in the elevator, the wall paneling bowed when leaned against. Trying to put these issues behind, I went to the front desk to prepare a report for my trip to Washington, DC. The attendant informed me that the business center was "broken" and unavailable. I left the area to have a glass of water and gather myself. I then returned and asked the attendant how long has the business center been "broken". She stated, "Three months". Fortunately, that was our last currently planned, and future planned, stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. I could only leave with the question, "If you do not have facilities for families AND you do not have facilities for business travelers, WHAT IS YOUR PURPOSE?" Yes, there was basic shelter provided, for which I would have paid much less at most anywhere else in the surrounding area. If you seek a hastily constructed dormitory for American Water Company and surrounding companies the Hilton Garden Inn was built for you.
